Schedule 22, paragraph 121(2)

In subsection (3)(a) of that section (exception for disclosure of information for purposes of functions under certain enactments)— for the words “the NRA” there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency ”; and for the words “or the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ , the Water Act 1989, Part I or IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 or the Environment Act 1995 ”.
