Schedule 22, paragraph 125

In section 219 of that Act (general interpretation) in subsection (1)— the definition of “the NRA” shall be omitted; and subject to that, for the words “the NRA”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
