Schedule 22, paragraph 144

In section 92 of that Act (requirements to take precautions against pollution) after subsection (2) (which includes provision for regulations to provide for appeals to the Secretary of State) there shall be added— This section is subject to section 114 of the 1995 Act (delegation or reference of appeals etc).
