Schedule 22, paragraph 145

In section 96 of that Act (regulations with respect to consents required by virtue of section 93 etc, including provision with respect to appeals) after subsection (3) there shall be added— This section is subject to section 114 of the 1995 Act (delegation or reference of appeals etc).
