Schedule 22, paragraph 14(3)

In section 92(2)— in paragraph (a)(iii) for the words “the authority providing the system” there shall be substituted the words “ the Scottish Environment Protection Agency ”; paragraph (c) (definition of “river purification board”) shall cease to have effect.
