Schedule 22, paragraph 14(5)

In section 98 (extent of Part VI)— for the words from the beginning to “England” there shall be substituted the words “ The Scottish Environment Protection Agency ”; for the words “section 92(1)(b)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 92(1) ”; and for the words “the National Rivers Authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
