Schedule 22, paragraph 169(6)

After subsection (3) there shall be added— The Secretary of State may give to the Agency directions requiring the removal from any register maintained by it under this section of any specified information which is not prescribed for inclusion under subsection (1) above or which, by virtue of section 191A or 191B below, ought to have been excluded from the register. In this section “discharge consent” has the same meaning as in section 91 above.
