Schedule 22, paragraph 177(10)

In the definition of “water pollution provisions”— in paragraph (b)— after the words “161” there shall be inserted the words “to 161D”; and for the words “203 and 213(2) above” there shall be substituted the words “and 203”; and after paragraph (c), there shall be added the words— “ and the following provisions of the 1995 Act, that is to say, the provisions of subsections (1) and (2) of section 53. ”
