Schedule 22, paragraph 196(2)

In subsection (1)— for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the words “Scottish Environment Protection Agency (in this section referred to as “the Agency”)”; and for the words “he”, “him” and “his” there shall be substituted respectively “the Agency”, “it” and “its”.
