Schedule 22, paragraph 197

In section 59 of that Act (local inquiries) in subsection (1)— and for the side-note to that section there shall accordingly be substituted “Inquiries.”. for the words “a local inquiry” there shall be substituted the words “an inquiry”; and for the words “such an inquiry” there shall be substituted the words “an inquiry”;
