Schedule 22, paragraph 20(2)

In subsection (2) (conditions which may be included in disposal licences)— for the words “the disposal authority which issues it” there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ”; and for the words “the authority” there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
