Schedule 22, paragraph 20(4)

In subsection (4) (duty of each disposal authority to maintain registers etc)— for the words “each disposal authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency and of SEPA ”; for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted— to maintain a register containing copies of all disposal licences which are for the time being in force in respect of land in England and Wales or, as the case may be, Scotland; in paragraph (c), for the words “the authority” there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
