Schedule 22, paragraph 21(2)

In subsection (1) (modification of conditions of disposal licences issued by disposal authorities)— the words “issued by a disposal authority” shall be omitted; and for the words “the authority”, where first occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ” and, wherever else occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
