Schedule 22, paragraph 21(4)

In subsection (4) (revocation of disposal licences issued by disposal authorities)— the words “issued by a disposal authority” shall be omitted; for the words “the authority”, where first occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ” and, in the other place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
