Schedule 22, paragraph 22(2)

In subsection (1) (transfer of licences)— for the words “the authority which issued the licence” there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ”; and for the words “the authority”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
