Schedule 22, paragraph 23(3)

In subsection (2) (powers of entry of authorised officers to carry out works in an emergency)— for the words “a disposal authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency or SEPA, as the case may be, ”; and for the words “the authority”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
