Schedule 22, paragraph 23(5)

In subsection (4) (breach of conditions of licences)— for the words “a disposal authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the appropriate Agency ”; the words “issued by the authority” shall be omitted; and for the words “the authority”, wherever else occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ that Agency ”.
