Schedule 22, paragraph 26(2)

In subsection (1) (power of disposal or collection authority to serve notice on occupier of land in its area) for the words from “in the area” to “the authority may” there shall be substituted the words “ in contravention of section 3(1) of this Act, any authority to which this section applies may ”.
