Schedule 22, paragraph 29(10)

In the following provisions, for the words “an authority”, “any authority”, “the authority”, “the authorities” and “the relevant river purification authority” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “ SEPA ” sections 35 to 39; section 41; sections 46 to 49; and Schedule 1A, paragraph 2.
