Schedule 22, paragraph 29(5)

In section 30E (consultation and collaboration)— for the word “their” there shall be substituted the word “ its ”; for the words “river purification authorities” there shall be substituted the words “ SEPA ”; and for the words “National Rivers Authority” there shall be substituted the words “ Environment Agency ”.
