Schedule 22, paragraph 31

In Part II of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified for membership of the House of Commons) the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate places— and the like insertions shall be made in Part II of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified for membership of the Northern Ireland Assembly). “The Environment Agency.”; “The Scottish Environment Protection Agency.”;
