Schedule 22, paragraph 36(3)

In section 122(2) of that Act (matters to which, so far as practicable, regard is to be had by local authorities in exercising their functions under the Act) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted— the strategy prepared under section 80 of the Environment Act 1995 (national air quality strategy);
