Schedule 22, paragraph 45(3)

For subsection (8) (definition of “enforcing authority” in relation to Scotland) there shall be substituted— In relation to Scotland, references to the “enforcing authority” and a “local enforcing authority” are references to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (in this Part referred to as “SEPA”).
