Schedule 22, paragraph 49

In section 7 of that Act (conditions of authorisations) in subsection (9) the words from “and, in relation to Scotland,” to the end of the subsection shall be omitted. At the end of subsection (12) of that section (definition of “relevant enactments” for the purposes of subsection (2)) there shall be added ; and section 87 of the Environment Act 1995.
