Schedule 22, paragraph 50(4)

In subsection (7) (meaning of “relevant expenditure attributable to authorisations”)— for the words “enforcing authorities” there shall be substituted the words “ local enforcing authorities ”; and the words from “together with the expenditure incurred by the National Rivers Authority” onwards shall be omitted.
