Schedule 22, paragraph 57(2)

In subsection (2) (local registers also to contain prescribed particulars of relevance to the area which are contained in central registers) after the word “authority”, where it first occurs, there shall be inserted the words “ in England and Wales ” and for the words “the chief inspector or river purification authority”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
