Schedule 22, paragraph 58(2)

In subsection (5) (information not to be entered on the register until expiration of certain time limits)— in paragraph (a), for the words “on the register” there shall be substituted the words “ in the register ”; and in the words following paragraph (b), for the words from “on the register” onwards there shall be substituted the words “ in the register until the end of the period of seven days following the day on which the appeal is finally determined or withdrawn ”.
