Schedule 22, paragraph 59(3)

In subsection (2)(a) (which provides for a fine not exceeding £20,000 on summary conviction of any offence under section 23(1)(a), (c) or (l)) after the words “£20,000” there shall be inserted the words “ or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both ”.
