Schedule 22, paragraph 60(2)

In subsection (2) of that section (powers not to be exercised without the Secretary of State’s written approval) for the words from “The chief inspector” to “their” there shall be substituted the words “ The Environment Agency or SEPA, as the case may be, shall not exercise its ”.
