Schedule 22, paragraph 93(2)

In Part I (grant of authorisations) in paragraph 3(3) (local inquiry or hearing to be held where request to be heard made by the applicant or the local enforcing authority) for the words “the local enforcing authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the enforcing authority ”.
