Schedule 23, Part I, paragraph 14(8)

In this paragraph— “approval” includes a provisional approval; “grating” means a device in respect of which there is in force, immediately before the substitution date, an approval given for the purposes of the definition of “grating” in section 41(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 as it had effect before that date; “the substitution date” means the date on which paragraph 13 of Schedule 15 to this Act comes into force; “the transfer date” means the date which, by virtue of section 56(1) of this Act, is the transfer date for the purposes of Part I of this Act as it applies in relation to the Agency.
