Schedule 23, Part I, paragraph 18(8)

In subsection (10)— for the words “the authority which passed the resolution” and “the waste regulation authority” there shall be substituted the words “SEPA”; the words “the waste disposal authority to discontinue the activities and of” shall cease to have effect.
