Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 4(2)

For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1)(d) above, the attendance of a member of a flood defence committee— shall be treated as attendance at a meeting of the committee. at a meeting of any sub-committee of the committee of which he is a member, or at any joint committee to which he has been appointed by that committee,
