Schedule 6, paragraph 5

Subject to paragraphs 7 and 8 below, each member— shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of his appointment; may, by giving notice to the Secretary of State, resign his office; and after ceasing to hold office shall be eligible for reappointment as a member.
