Schedule 7, paragraph 12(1)

The following provisions, that is to say— shall have effect as if a National Park authority were a local authority for the purposes of those provisions. the provisions of Part VI of Schedule 12 to the 1972 Act (proceedings and meetings of local authorities) and of section 99 of that Act so far as it relates to that Part of that Schedule; and the provisions of section 100 of that Act (admission of the public and press),
