Schedule 7, paragraph 18

In section 25(1) of the Local Government Act 1974 (bodies subject to investigation under Part III of that Act), after paragraph (aa) there shall be inserted the following paragraph— a National Park authority; In section 26(7) of that Act (no investigation where complaint relates to all or most of the inhabitants of an area), before paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraph— where the complaint relates to a National Park authority, the area of the Park for which it is such an authority; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
