Schedule 7, paragraph 4(2)

Subject to the following provisions of this Schedule, a person appointed as a member of a National Park authority by the Secretary of State— shall hold office for such period of not less than one year nor more than four years as may be specified in the terms of his appointment; but on ceasing to hold office shall be eligible for re-appointment.
