Schedule 7, paragraph 6(2)

The Secretary of State may remove from office any member of a National Park authority appointed by him, other than any parish member of a National Park authority for a National Park in England, either— by giving that member three months’ written notice of the termination of the appointment; or in such other manner as may be provided for in the terms of that member’s appointment.
