Schedule 8, paragraph 7(2)

A National Park authority shall have no power by virtue of Part III of this Act to promote a Bill for— modifying the area of any National Park or any local government area; modifying the authority’s own constitution or that of any other National Park authority; or modifying the status or the electoral arrangements of any such local government area.
