Schedule 9, paragraph 4

In the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960— shall have effect as if a National Park authority were a local authority for the purposes of that Act and as if the relevant Park were that authority’s area. section 24 (power to provide sites for caravans), and paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to that Act (no licence required for land occupied by a local authority),
