Section 109I(2)

The appropriate agency may appeal against— a decision not to order the continuation in force of a restriction notice (under section 109E); a decision not to make a restriction order; a decision not to extend a restriction order; a decision made in relation to an application to vary or discharge a restriction order (under section 109G).
