Section 109J

Where— an occupier or owner of those other premises may apply to the appropriate court for an order under this section. access to premises is prohibited or restricted by an order under section 109D, 109E, 109F, 109G or 109I, and there are other premises to which access is impeded by that order, The appropriate court is— the magistrates’ court, in the case of an order under section 109D, 109E, 109F or 109G; the Crown Court, in the case of an order under section 109I. Notice of an application under this section must be given to— the appropriate agency that applied for the restriction order; the occupier and the owner of the premises subject to the order. On an application under this section the court may make whatever order it thinks appropriate in relation to access to the other premises, whether or not provision has been made under section 109D(11).
