Section 110D

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations provide for an offence to be, or cease to be, a relevant offence for the purposes of section 110A. The power conferred by subsection (1) may be exercised to modify any enactment (including this Act). Regulations under subsection (1) are subject to the affirmative procedure.
