Section 122(3)

Subsections (4) and (5) apply to any direction which is— given to— the Agency or SEPA under any provision of this Act or any other enactment, or any other body or person under any provision of this Act, and to any extent given— before IP completion day, for the implementation of any obligation of the United Kingdom under the EU Treaties, or for securing that any assimilated obligation is met.
