Section 61(3)

The following enactments (which refer to the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949), that is to say— shall have effect in accordance with subsection (4) below. sections 6(3) and (4)(g), 11 and 101(3) of that Act, and sections 2(5)(b) and 13(4) of the Countryside Act 1968,
