Section 67(5)

Before section 148 of that Act of 1990 (interpretation of provisions relating to purchase notices) there shall be inserted— This Chapter shall have effect as if— and the references in this Chapter and in section 288(10)(a) to a council and to a local authority shall be construed accordingly. the bodies on whom a purchase notice may be served under section 137 included any National Park authority which is the local planning authority for the area in which the land is situated; and a National Park authority were a local authority for the purposes of this Act and the National Park for which it is the local planning authority were its area;
