Section 6(3A)

Subsection (3) above shall apply to— as it applies to the provisions referred to in that subsection. sections 3 and 4 of the Water Act 2003; and such of the related water resources provisions as apply in relation to those sections by virtue of section 33(2) of the Water Act 2003,
