Section 71(4)

The amounts mentioned in subsection (3) above in relation to any financial year are— any amounts to be received by the authority in respect of that year by way of grant under section 72 below; the authority’s estimate of the amounts which are likely for that year to be credited to any revenue account in respect of sums payable to the authority for things done in the course of, or in connection with, the carrying out of its functions; and the authority’s estimate of the amounts not falling within paragraph (a) or (b) above which apart from this section are, or are likely to be, available to it for that year for the purposes mentioned in subsection (3) above.
