In this section and those Schedules— “the 1972 Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972; “the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; “the 1991 Act” means the Planning and Compensation Act 1991; and “minerals development” means development consisting of the winning and working of minerals, or involving the depositing of mineral waste.
