Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 · United Kingdom
The Land Charges Act 1972 is amended as follows. In section 2(4)(iii)(b), for the words “trust for sale” substitute “ trust of land ”. In section 6, after subsection (1) insert— No writ or order affecting an interest under a trust of land may be registered under subsection (1) above.
